1. It is advisable to verify availability by Email: - prior to booking

2. A non-returnable deposit of £50.00 part of the total rent is payable on booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before your booked holiday. Cheques should be made payable to Mr. G Asquith

3. Provisional bookings are held for seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit

4. In the event of cancellation, please inform us under the cover of a letter. You are liable for the balance of rental in full, but we shall endeavor to re-let. It is in your interest to seek insurance against this event

5. The Cottage is available from 2.30 pm. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure

6. Cottages are let and furnished for the number of people specified in the brochure and/or website and this number must not be exceeded

7. Guests are fully responsible for the cottage and are liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents

8. Car, contents, luggage and personal belongings are at owner's risk

9. Electricity and gas is included in your rental

10. Hope cottage is strictly no-smoking
